Precautions for daily maintenance of laser cutting machines:

1. It is important to clean both the laser and the laser cutting machine every day to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.

2. Verify if the X, Y, and Z axes of the machine tool can return to their starting position. If not, inspect if the origin switch position is misaligned.

3. Regularly clean the slag removal drag chain of the laser cutting machine.

4. Promptly remove any sticky substances on the exhaust filter net to guarantee unobstructed airflow in the ventilation duct.

5.It is important to clean the laser cutting nozzle every hour of operation and replace it every 2-3 months.

6.Keep the focusing lens clean to prevent residue buildup and replace it every 2-3 months.

7.Ensure the laser cooling water temperature stays between 19℃ and 22℃.

8.Remove dust from the heat sink of the water cooler and freeze dryer to maintain heat dissipation efficiency.

9.Regularly check the voltage regulator to ensure input and output voltages are normal.

10.Monitor the laser mechanical shutter switch for proper functioning.

11.When using high-pressure auxiliary gas, prioritize personal safety and be aware of the surrounding environment.

12.Follow this startup sequence strictly:

1.Start with the gas:

a. Close the gas tank discharge valve, power on the air compressor, and open the gas delivery pipeline valve once the compressed air pressure meets requirements

b. Turn on the laser premixed gas and adjust the pressure; if the gas of the non-Panasonic laser is mixed in the machine, please strictly follow the following sequence to open various gases: helium → carbon dioxide → nitrogen, and set the pressure of various gases to the specified value.

c. Activate the cutting gas mixture (nitrogen and oxygen) by turning on the auxiliary gas. If using gas from bottles, open the valves on each bottle first, then open the main valve switch. If using liquid gas, open the valve and then the booster valve to ensure proper gas pressure for cutting.

2. Power up the main switch and start the regulated power supply. Verify the output voltage and adjust it to be between 390~400V.

3. Start the chiller unit.

4. Power up the machine tool control cabinet, release the emergency stop button, and turn on the key switch. Once the CNC system is running, access the operation interface. When powering up the control cabinet, also activate the laser power supply and switch on the low and high voltage sequentially. Set the "mode selection" key switch to external control mode.

Follow the shutdown sequence below carefully:

1.Preparing for shutdown

a. Move the cutting head to the highest point and secure the X and Y axes in a safe position.

b. Change the workbench or stop it in a safe position.

2.Deactivate the high voltage laser, deactivate the low voltage laser, wait approximately 3 minutes, then deactivate the laser power supply (Rofin laser can deactivate the power supply immediately). Deactivate all key switches on the laser cabinet and store them safely.

3.Push the emergency stop button on the machine tool control panel and deactivate the key switch, store the key securely. Exit the CNC system operation page, and deactivate the power of the machine tool main control cabinet when prompted to do so on the page.

4.Power down the chiller.

5.Deactivate the voltage regulator.

6.Shut off all cutting auxiliary gases before deactivating the laser gas.

7.Power down the air compressor and open the gas tank discharge valve.
